These courses are available at our facility in Lititz, PA or at your location. Classes use hands-on, engaging methods to provide dynamic effective training that goes beyond meeting compliance requirements and addresses the skills and behaviors needed to make participants safer, your safety program more successful, and your company more profitable.

 
MSHA New Miner Intro

A four hour course that satisfies initial Part 46 MSHA requirements for newly hired miners. Allows participant to work on a mine site under the direct supervision of a trained miner.

MSHA Annual Refresher

The complete eight-hour requirement for Part 46 or Part 48 miners and contractors. This course is different each year with new fun activities and interactive materials.

MSHA requires this class be completed by each miner annually. Our training provides this 8-hour class in an interactive and entertaining way. The course is rewritten each year and the new material first presented each December. We use a computerized remote response system to evaluate participants and can provide companies with class performance data. The class can provide the required training for both Part 46 and Part 48 requirements. Topics include:

First Aid / CPR / AED

National Safety Council certified training in way that helps participants grasp the material and pass required skills and written tests. Spanish materials and tests available.

Fire Extinguisher

Hands-on training with the BULLEX simulator that allows real experience with a clean procedure that can be done in any outdoor setting.

Safety Committee

Training to make your safety committee a vital and effective part of your safety program. Required annually in Pennsylvania for State Certified Committees.
